Made from renewable, sustainable, organically grown Moso bamboo and polypropylene resin, it’s more environmentally friendly than plastic, being produced with a low carbon footprint, and is free from BPA, melamine, PVA and phthalates. It can even go in the dishwasher too – though the clog-resistant blades mean it’s easy to rinse clean under the tap.
