2 Packmate Extra Large Flat Vacuum Bags

I bought these a few weeks ago to store a small duvet in a divan drawer. Worked perfectly when first putting into storage, but the bag has inflated and I can't open the divan drawer. This is my second purchase of this product, the first did exactly the same but I thought it was just bad luck and repurchased. I notice the 5 star reviews are from over 3 years ago, there are no recent good reviews. Can only assume others have had the same problem in recent years. Will not buy again as the quality and function is extremely poor. I don't want a replacement because I expect it would be the same.

Bought these as reviewers gave positive feedback on these vacuum storage bags. However many times I repack the contents and vacuum them down within a few days they have re inflated. They are not overpacked and have two cushions pads in each bag. So disappointed as these bags are strong and well made. Only one bag out of the two packs purchased has remained airtight and deflated. Since this review I was contacted by Lakeland staff and received replacements for the two bags. However sadly these have also re inflated after a few weeks of use. Very disappointing all around.

I could have bought vacuum bags cheaper from another well known online next day delivery company but the reviews weren’t as good, so I decided to pay extra for what looked like better quality. I wasn’t wrong. These bags are strong and vacuum down to almost nothing. I can tell that I’ll be able to use them time and time again. Well worth the money.

These bags are amazing and so simple to use. I have managed to store all my bedding with ease into a very small space Will certainly be purchasing more when I pack away my winter wardrobe !
