So useful in the kitchen - great size and weight - handy aid.
Such a useful item to have to hand ready for the small print on packages.
I find this a handy thing to keep on the fridge. My eyesight isn't that bad, but it seems some food packaging companies seem to be competing with each other to see how small they can print on labels, using colours and contrasting backgrounds that make it hard to read
It seems that labels, cooking instructions, recipe cards and the like are using smaller and smaller fonts these days. Or (THINKS!) could it be that I'm getting older and more long-sighted ... and forget where I put my glasses? Either way, it's no problem. I just reach for the useful little magnifying glass which is always to hand on my fridge door and I can read the tiniest of E-numbers and ingredients with ease. I wonder how I ever managed without it!
