"Disappointed" star star star star_border star_border I loved my previous heated airer but this is not the same The first one kept switching off Customer Support were mostly helpful and ended up replacing the faulty one however they would not alter the model so have same one which does not dry washing as efficiently
"Not as good as the hype suggests." star star star star_border star_border Firstly, this is a better option than radiators and clothes do dry sooner than they would, however, they don't dry as quickly as I expected. I've just done a load of ironing and some items, particularly T shirts still had very damp patches after 24 hours, they were ironed and put back on for another 4 hours and are only just dry. I was told that it dries quicker with the cover so I bought one of those, if it makes any difference I haven't noticed it. In my opinion the cost does not justify the alleged savings. I find my washing dries just as quickly on a normal maiden with a dehumidifier.
"Fantastic for non tumble dry items" star star star star star Love my new Drysoon airer. It is particularly good for items I cannot tumble dry. I usually put it on in the evening and leave it running overnight and wake up to dry clothes. The bottom rungs are great for lying items flat . I hang gentle wash sweaters on the top rungs. Another benefit is my room is warm in the morning. The only downside is the length of the flex but understand why it isn’t long as it tucks neatly into the plug holder for storing. I use an extension cable. Best bit is it folds flat and slides in next to my ironing board. I bought castors so I don’t have to. lift it.
"Excellent product" star star star star star I am very impressed with this item. A quick, easy and cheaper way to dry your clothes during the night. Ready to use for the next day. Just remember to open the window a jar so no condensation. I highly recommend this product.
"Disappointed" star star star_border star_border star_border The product information states that up to 2 loads of washing can be dried. I have tried small loads of washing to try the Dry:Soon out. The first time I used it, I didn’t have the cover, so thought that was the reason items didn’t dry too well. The 2nd time I used the Dry:Soon, I had the cover. What a total waste of time and money. I set the timer for 6 hours. Most items were pretty much as wet as they were before switching on. I always put items on the fastest spin to remove as much water as possible, but even that didn’t help. Will be looking into returning the items as they aren’t cheap. support_agent A note from the team The temperature of the room can effect the drying time and spreading out items across the bars will help.
