Bought this as it had been recommended by a staff member in the store. As it was half the price of our usual brand we decided to buy it- wish we hadn’t bothered! It doesn’t clean the glass and leaves smears which we then have to clean off using glass cleaner. If there was a zero star rating that’s what I would give, don’t waste your money.

Please do take along your receipt. For stubborn residues, apply another layer and leave for a few minutes before removing. Our Buyers have advised that our Nilglass product number 21368 would be a suitable alternative to try.

After trying several other makes I discovered this one. I’ve been using it for many years. Really effective removing soot easily even from the most tarred up glass. Just wish you always had it in stock.

I bought this instead of my usual cleaner with high hopes but am disappointed with the results. It is very watery and runs down the glass removing the surface soot but leaving much behind. Second and third sprayings don't have any effect. It is new soot from one day's fire. Very disappointed.
