About Lakeland’s Worktop Compost Bins
They do exactly what it says on the bin! Sturdily made from a single piece of carbon steel and powder-coated with a robust paint finish, these compost bins each have a snug-fitting lid and a sturdy carry handle.
The ventilated lid holds a circular carbon filter that absorbs odours for approximately 3-4 months.
Packs of Spare Filters are available in store and online and there are compostable liners available too.

This is a great item which allows me to collect a day's compostable waste and then remove it to the huge composter in the garden. It is neat, tidy and looks good. it doesn't take up too much room either. Ideal for the job in hand.

Exactly what we needed to replace our old, rusting kitchen compost bin. Good size with a close fitting lid to keep the chance of any smells escaping to a minimum. Excellent value for money
this Smart Bin sits on my worktop just fine, it is the right size for all the bits you get when cooking, easy to clean 7 with the filter doesn't smell.

I had been looking for a new compost bin for the kitchen, this one is perfect. Great design, sturdy,well fitting lid and the cherry on the cake so to speak it has a filter. The kitchen waste bags fit perfectly and my dog hasn’t managed to lift the lid so happy days. Absolutely love it. Thank you Lakeland.
