Squizzo Floor Mop

I found this mop impossible to use. I just could not get the squeeze mechanism to work because it was so stiff. At first I thought it was the fact I am in my 70s and don’t have much arm strength, so I battled on. But, then I tried to change the mop head- it took me ages to remove the old mop head and it was impossible to get the new one on. The tiny diagram on the packet was useless and the video on the website is no better. I now have a mop that I can’t use at all. If I could give this a zero rating I would do so-very bad design and not the quality I expect from Lakeland

This mop is useless, it doesn’t work , it’s impossible to squeeze the water out .

I can't over- praise this mop it is so excellent.It cleans almost like getting down on all 4s and scrubbing - the mop head really scrubs the floor rather than skim over the surface.The wringing lever is very efficient, meaning the floors aren't soaked to begin with, and the chamois must work as the floors dry very quickly I can hardly believe it works so well - I've already bought a replacement head so that it will last me forever! You can see the quality of the build immediately you unpack it, it is so strong.I have quite bad arthritis, particularly in my hands, and have no trouble using it.

I agree with the one star reviews. This mop is no use for someone with arthritis in their hands. No proper instructions about assembly. Tiny drawings on box are inadequate

Decided to splash out on this, rather than the cheaper one I had before, given comments the floor dries quickly after use. IT DOES INDEED. We have a floor of quarry tiles and they are very uneven, being natural slate, so time will tell if this stands the test of such a surface. It is still in good condition after a few weeks of quick mop-ups after our golden retriever mucky pup has come in from walks. I have no doubts whatsoever it would be excellent on any smooth floor, I just hope it withstands our uneven one - as I said at the top - so far, so good.
