Silicone Dinosaur Cake Mould

Have used the mould for making 3 batches of little sponge dinos. The first batch followed the recipe included and they turned out perfectly although the cakes didn’t last well unless coated in a thin water icing. The other batches were different sponge recipes and all turned out well but a little one sided as they didn’t rise as much. They were a perfect accessory for my sons volcano birthday cake. I also used the mould to fill with chocolate as a cake topper and it also turned out perfectly.

I bought this to make cakes for my dinosaur mad granddaughter, followed the instructions and am very happy with the results, bit fiddly but really pleased.

Within Hours of being delivered it was washed and put to use with excellant results, and the cakes tasted nice too. It was used twice more in the first week, and has become a firm favourite with my Grandchildren

This mould is super easy to use. I do recommend following the instructions of greasing the moulds prior to filling as it makes getting the cakes out much easier. I love that it is versatile to use as a special treat or as an after school snack for the kiddos.
