This Chocolate Scraper is ideal for tempering chocolate, which is essential for giving your chocolatey treats that professional-looking sheen when they set. Tempering stops the cocoa fat from separating, preventing that dull grey finish and meaning the chocolate shrinks slightly when set for an easy release from the mould.
