Make 20 cm Christmas cakes and this makes putting the marzipan on effortless. Great flavour and superb quality too. Only criticism is that is could be slightly thicker, but otherwise brilliant

This was a great idea for saving time bu I experienced problems with it tearing and cracking even though I made sure it was at room temperature

Used this stuff on a Christmas cake recently. Must say easy to place on the cake and use, however, when it came to eat the cake family members said there was not a lot of taste with the marzipan. and I must agree. They also felt it far too thin. Perhaps a thicker version ought to be considered!
