Fresh pasta tastes best, but if you like making it in bulk and saving it for another time, you need a drying rack. With space for up to a square metre of spaghetti, tagliatelle or fettuccine, this Collapsible Pasta Drying Rack is ideal for even larger batches of your favourite homemade pastas.
Once dried, your pasta can be stored for months, and, being handcrafted from beechwood in Italy, this drying rack makes the whole process easy. When you’ve finished, the whole rack folds down to just 2cm thick, making it convenient and easy to store without needing lots of cupboard space.

After struggling with space in the kitchen when making pasta, I decided to buy a rack to dry it out on. Not only does this save worktop space, it also folds down for easy storage. Looking forward to making my next batch of tagliatelle!
If you are going to make fresh pasta and in particular noodles and spaghetti then you need this, it is very compact when folded down and takes little space in the kitchen.
What a great accessory for pasta making - the ingenious way it folds flat makes it easy to store and assembly is quick and easy for use. An essential if you make your own pasta.
