Ginger Grater

This little grater is fantastic. I have fresh ginger every morning in my porridge. My experience with this is that the fibrous part mostly remains on the piece I’m grating so only the soft pulp and juice are in the dish. Very easy to clean, just put under a tap for a mo’ and it’s clean with no effort. One of the best simple little gadgets that truly works well.

I have used this for grating ginger and found it very efficient. I like the fact that the fibrous stuff is left attached and only the non fibrous part ends up in the dish, as who wants to eat the fibre anyway. Nice and easy to wash up too. I haven't tried grating garlic with it as I have just bought Lakeland's amazing garlic slice and dice for that job. It's well worth buying just to grate ginger.

Ginger is one of my favourite flavours, especially in its fresh form. This makes it quick and easy to grate and use the juice as well, which I tend to loose if I’m chopping it by hand or grating it on a cheese grater!

Great little peice of equipment for ginger. Also easy to wash being porcelain. Highly recommend.

This is so quick to use. It makes the finest purée whether it’s ginger or garlic. The stringy stuff on the ginger can be discarded. So easy to clean too and safer than those small sharp stainless steel ginger graters.
