Joseph had a dream. He knew there was more to popcorn than the flavourless nuggets served up in his local multiplex, so in the interests of research he travelled back and forth to the USA, bringing back as much gourmet popcorn as he could carry. Certain he could do better, he toiled day and night for many years until he perfected the art.
By air-popping the corn and coating it in a caramel made from butter, he discovered that he could infuse and lock in other natural flavours which were then released at different intervals as the popcorn was eaten. A series of astonishing taste combinations were born and we present some of them for your delectation here.
Joseph says, "For enhanced crunch, try gently warming your popcorn at 75°C for 6 minutes before letting it cool."
