I am normally a big fan of Lakeland and could buy up the shop, but I really didn't like this item. It is too thin to work properly and makes a hash out of slicing a grapefruit, I have used it a few times now and I am unable to get it to make clean lines down the sides of the pieces, so it ends up a complete mess. I preferred my old wide blade knife, which had sadly gone blunt after many years of use. Think this one will end up in the trash.
