Specially designed for recipes that require heating to a specific temperature, such as home-made jam, tempering chocolate, or when cooking delicate custards and sauces, our non-scratch, silicone spatula has an integral digital thermometer that displays a precise temperature as you heat and stir ingredients.
The silicone spatula is heat-resistant to 220°C and dishwasher safe, for added convenience when you’ve finished in the kitchen. For extra versatility, the stainless steel thermometer can be removed from the spatula and used independently as a meat thermometer.

This product is a really helpful kitchen gadget and has proved itself value for money within two days of purchase - I'm very happy with it. The thermometer sits in the spatula, and effectively measures temperature while stirring, then they disassemble easily in order to clean both.
Accurate temperature and easy to read display. Quick to take apart and clean. Highly recommended for anyone who loves making home-made chocolates!
Why has nobody made one of these before? I have fiddled around for years with a spoon or spatula and a separate thermometer and always end up spilling things. This is a godsend. Ideal for sauces etc (such as custards) that need constant stirring and careful temperature control.
Great product and really useful. Wanted one of these for ages but kept being out of stock.
