These little bakers moulds are excellent for so many uses. So far I have used them for presentation of hand-made chocolates and small cookies as they look lovely with some celophane round them tied with some raffia. I have yet to bake directly into them but they certainly appear more than suitable for the job. I have already bought three packs of these!
No trouble with bread sticking in the mini loaf moulds as I wipe the inside with Cake Release first, and the same for cake mixtures. Useful, versatile moulds [as are the traybakes!], which I find a blessing.
Was slightly put off by other reviews but gave them a try anyway and am very glad I did. Used these to make some Easter buns as gifts and found them to be great quality, very sturdy and no problem releasing the buns from cases even though I didn't use cake release.
Found these moulds very useful for cakes for coffee morning sales as just needed to be wrapped in cling film.Ideal for some one who lives on there own.Please could you make a 2lb mould?

I bought these a while ago and recently found them during a clear out.I used them to make individual Carrot cakes and I was so pleased with the result.When you remove the cake it looks lovely,perfect presentaion.
