"Always great" star star star star star Had to buy some more as they are all being used in my freezer.
"Containers" star star star_border star_border star_border Having recently bought a soup maker, I bought these to store leftovers in the fridge or freezer, and then re-heat in the microwave. Sounds great, but now badly stained and roughened after only 2 uses in fridge & microwave. I took the ruined box to store where they were surprised at the result. Was offered a refund, but kept them for storage, NOT for microwave. Bought more expensive microwave containers specifically for that job! So they didn't do what they claimed. support_agent A note from the team We can confirm these can go in the microwave. Re-heating foods high in sugar/oil for prolonged times can cause staining and texture on the surface, as with all plastics in the microwave. Heating for bursts of 2 minutes and then stirring can help minimise this.
"The best food storage containers" star star star star star I already owned other sizes of these containers and am very pleased with my purchase. Great size for freezing leftover food from the slow-cooker or for storing cookies, veggies, etc. I like that the lids are interchangeable with the other sizes and that they don't leave a funny taste on the food like some other plastic containers. Lakeland food storage containers may well be one of the few things were my mother in law and I completely align.
"Stackable" star star star star star An absolute must for the freezer.Easy fitting lids.Defrost straight from freezer to microwave.Great compact stackable boxes.
"Excellent freezer containers" star star star star star I have had a couple of sets of these for a couple of years, so have bought more. I do a lot of batch cooking and they are excellent, especially as they stack do well in the freezer without wasting space.
