Designed to be shallow so it’s easy to get fillets in and out without them breaking up, and perfectly shaped to cook portions of fish in the oven, these peel & seal bags keep flavours sealed inside during cooking for succulent results.
As the bags are sealed throughout cooking, any odours are contained. These bags are oven safe up to 200ºC, and can also go in the freezer, perfect for storing fish until you want to cook it, and the microwave.

These bags really seal in the fish and any smell. A sprinkling of herbs spray with butter ( light cooking oil, such as fry light) and you’ll never want to cook your fish any other way, simple, clean fresh and tasty!.
I regularly use these bags to cook fish and they are excellent.. Fish cooks quickly without drying out.
These are very useful to cook fish in the microwave. I regularly cook salmon in them, only takes 2/3 minutes. There is no smell of fish everywhere afterwards.
I have used these bags for years. They are so simple to use, and leave you with a clean baking tray!! There is no need to add butter/spread to the fish, as there will be the fish liquid in the bag as it cooks. A great time-saving purchase which results in very moist and tasty fish. Highly recommended.
