Insulated Butter Dish

Have owned mine for over 12 years at least and it is still in perfect condition and keeps butter at exactly the correct temperature at all times. Worth every penny and looks good too. Have always hand washed. Never put mine in the fridge (think most people moaning about this product are actually using it completely wrong). I take butter from the fridge and put in the butter dish and just leave on the side.

This butter dish keeps my butter just right for spreading as promised.

I have had 2 of these butter dishes for several years and I would not be without them. No pretend butter for us. I have a south facing kitchen so is very hot in the summer and these butter dishes cope. Yes the butter is very soft when the temperature is hot but even in the recent 40° the butter has never separated. Not that I've had to but I imagine popping them in the fridge for a short period before using will suit some people. They wash up like new. I have no complaints and would highly recommend.

I have been using my insulated butter dish every day for 8 years. I get a new butter out of the fridge and plop it in the dish and it's always been just right for spreading. I keep my dish in the kitchen cupboard with my tins and condiments and have never had an issue with it being too hard or runny. In the summer it does go a little softer but I have never had to put the dish in the fridge - in the UK we get so few really hot days so it's not a major problem! When it needs washing I, erm, bung it in the dishwasher and it's fine - I just wait for it to cool before adding more butter!

This insulated butter dish is fabulous. I have had mine for many years. It keeps butter at room temperature and ready to spread all year round both in very hot weather and not so hot weather. I recently bought one as a gift for a friend and she is also highly delighted with hers, and says it’s brilliant!
