Magnetic Wooden Toast Tongs For Toasters

So simple an item but really very useful. I was using a silicone pair of tongues but some of the coating had worn off exposing metal so maybe not good for sticking in a toaster if not turned off! Got this instead, no danger of electrocution, natural wood, and the magnet means that I stick it on the fridge so always handy, great idea having that.

These tongs are fantastic for reaching into the toaster to retrieve smaller items without burning your fingers.

So when my daughter wanted these I told her I thought they were too expensive just to save her delicate digits ; guess what? I use them all the time, for Pitta Breads especially they save the pain and in the end I concede that for the price they are a nifty buy.

I never intended on getting something like this as I didn't think anything like this existed. But they were suggested to me by Lakeland's website. I knew I needed them mainly for my son as he loves making his own toast or bagels but always has trouble lifting the toasted goodies out of the toaster. So I purchased them for him. Anyway they're not only perfect for my son but for me, too! A must in any kitchen! Best little kitchen gadget I invested in and so worth the money.
