It does what it is suppose to do, needs warning on instruction not to pull crank handle to far back as it will dislodge the shaft release spring which is hard to put back on. Suction pad does not hold for long on worktop.
Fab Gadget Bought it when it first appeared in Lakeland and have been using it regularly ever since. Very easy to use.
Bought this last year after years of peeling, coring and slicing scores of apples every season. Does the job in a fraction of the time and despite other reviews I have found little problem with Bramleys- yes, the odd bit of peel missed but a very small price to pay for such speed and simplicity. Also used throughout the winter to peel and slice potatoes. Worth every penny !
The Apple Master is brilliant - and so ingeniously designed. It makes short work of a glut of home-grown apples: I prepared a dozen Cox's to make compote in about 10 minutes flat. Love it!
I bought the citrus master (sadly not on sale now) and used it for Seville oranges. Never made marmalade so easily or fast. I then bought the Apple Master and that too is a great product, it works as well as the other one so I was able to process kilos of apples in a very short time. Well done again Lakeland for brining us another great product.
