"Works but ..." star star star star_border star_border Overpriced, flimsy and unlikely to survive thorough cleaning. Tannin builds up despite immediate rinsing after use and needs to be removed without abrasion i.e. a solution which will float it off. Bicarb. works after a fashion but not 100%. That said, it does actually work - and will last until the spring goes - but please consider producing a more robust, stainless steel version. This would address many other customers' requests as well as being more environmentally acceptable. If and when mine breaks I will not consider replacing it with another plastic one.
"So very NOT intuitive" star star star_border star_border star_border This is a great idea, but when you push, thinking to squash your teabag, it opens! It requires too much concentration to use. support_agent A note from the team We’re very sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations. If you bought it from one of our stores, then you can simply return it and they will be happy to help you.
"Tea tool" star star star star star Not my first tea tool, keep buying them to make sure I have always got 1, very good for kids when making a mug of tea. Saves burnt fingers all round.
"What a great tool" star star star star star Does just what it says grips and squeezes a tea bag in a pull push motion
"Useful addition" star star star star star_border Thought it was a bit of a gimmick but has proved useful when using coffee bags (and presumably tea bags as well). Not sure how long it will last as plastic feels brittle.
