Please Note : To ensure easy release of your frozen lolly, only fill up to 2.5cm (1”) from the top of the silicone mould. When frozen, attach the handle (following instructions on packaging) and run the silicone section under some warm water before removing the silicone cover. Over filling the mould can make it difficult to remove the silicone, and it may be necessary to focus the warm water where the silicone mould attaches to the handle.

light saber success” by Miss Clarkson
after 4 attempts i have been successful with the light saber lollies! Don't bother with running the mould under water after taking out of freezer...... Just leave the lollies at room temperature for a few minutes, then the mould will slide off with ease. The Mother Nature approach! Happy people here!
fantastic!” by Mrs Gasworthy
I read all the reviews AFTER I bought them and wondered why I had just wasted £9.99. They arrived a few days later and we filled them up and let them freeze then the next day took one out the freezer and I held the lolly bit in my hands till I saw some juice seep out- granted getting the seal off was a bit fiddly(if it's frozen the silicone has no give, let it defrost a bit) but it came off no problem and was a huge hit!!! I'll give this product 5 start based on how much fun my boy had with it!!
lolly disaster!” by Sarah
The plastic just snapped when we tried to ease the lolly out of the 1st one, the second one I tried to loosen a bit with warm water, but it didn't work. When we finally got cover off it was just slush...
A note from the team: Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I'm sorry to hear of the problems you'd had. If running the mould under water hasn't worked other customers have suggested leaving the lollies at room temperature for a few minutes, then the mould will slide off with ease. I'll be in touch shortly to help.
