(Make sure you don’t heat it to more than 40°C.) Alternatively, it can be melted by placing the pot into some warm water. Once the contents have melted, simply brush a little bit into a chocolate mould or onto an acetate sheet, before filling or covering with tempered chocolate and leaving it to set.
