    I tried these two times for panna cottas.. I moved a sharp knife around them quickly before unmoulding and they slipped out easily. The design was beautiful just as shown in the picture. Very pretty. For the other review. I just pass a thin knife around it quickly. If it doesn't work, just slightly lift/tilt the top of the panna cotta from inside with the knife.. slip onto your plate..

    I dont think the lakeland team read the question! the lady has made panne cotta- a cold cream dessert- in the moulds. she needs to quickly dip the form in hot water to release or as you see on tv, the chefs give a quick blast with the blow torch- you would grease a mould with butter etc if it was to be cooked.

    "Not so easy release"

    I used these for the first time on Saturday for individual Panna Cotta's but they were very tricky to get out of the mould and there was certainly no nice design as shown on the photo. Is there a trick to getting them out?

    Thank you for placing your review. Our buying team have suggested that to avoid sticking the mould should be greased with butter, margarine, oil or cake release.We hope this helps.
