My Kitchen 2lb Loaf Tin

I am thoroughly pleased with this product. I have used it every 2 or 3 days for 3 weeks and have no problems with sticking and cleaning is accomplished with a wipe with paper kitchen towels. I had used the wider and longer tins with handles previously but I prefer the traditional higher shape of loaf created by this tin. I would suggest that those who complain of a "mushroom" shape loaf where the dough overlaps the tin edge should use a very little less liquid in their mix. I learned this having cured this trouble with previous tins. Highly recommended.

Even a lemon drizzle cake, which was covered with sugar and lemon juice mixture while still hot and left to cool in the tin before turning out, slid out effortlessly when tin was properly buttered and floured first.
