When it comes to bakeware, we know our stuff. We’ve had our hands on thousands of tins and trays over the years, all put to task in our test kitchen, so when it came to designing our own range, we had to develop the very best. What we really wanted were superior quality, long-lasting pieces that would give a solid foundation to all your recipes every time you bake.

We look at every aspect of a product and see what makes it tick. Once we know what works, we start to apply the ‘Lakeland-ness’ – crucial improvements that make a product the very best it can possibly be. Sometimes we start again from scratch, but it’s not always about reinventing the wheel – innovative tweaks can make a world of difference. Once we’re happy with the design, we test, test and test again to make sure we’re completely satisfied that they’re up to the standard our customers expect. And only then does any new bakeware make the cut. Phew!

TWO YEARS IN THE MAKING
For 2 years we obsessed over every single detail in our exclusive Lakeland Bakeware range, and for good reason. Other versions might be slightly cheaper, but in the long run they just won’t compare with the premium quality of our solid, reliable pieces which are made from heavy-duty 1mm carbon steel so they can’t twist, warp or bend. There are dozens of tins to choose from, all packed with special features that really set them apart from the competition.

Inside and out, the food release properties of our double-layer, Quantum 2 non-stick are incredible – you have to see it to believe it.

Generous handles with sure-grip silicone pads make our tins really easy to get in and out of the oven.
