Toasted Ciabatta with Chicken, Cheese, Pesto, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Basil

Ingredients

  • small ciabatta sliced lengthways
  • small cooked chicken breast 
  • 40g mozzarella grated or sliced
  • 2 tsp pesto 
  • sun-dried tomato halves 
  • a few sprigs of fresh basil 

Method

  1. Preheat the grill for 3 minutes.
  2. Fill the sliced ciabatta with the ingredients, then secure the top of the grill using the silicone side bands.
  3. Place back in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes.
