- 2 tins of carrots
- A dash honey
- A dash baslamic vinegar or glaze (optional)
- A handful flat parsley

Drain and dry the carrots

Drizzly honey and balsamic over the carrots place in ovenproof dish and roast on 220 degrees for 10/15 minutes
