Ingredients
- 500g frozen peas
- Small handful finely chopped mint (or mint sauce)
- 1 tbsp crème fraiche (or natural yoghurt)
- A pinch salt
- A pinch pepper
Method

Cook the frozen peas as per the instructions on the packet for 2-3 minutes

Drain the peas well

Add the peas into a bowl, along with the mint and crème fraiche

Add mash with a potato masher

Season with salt and pepper
