Questionnaire Terms & Conditions

  1. Prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over excluding Lakeland employees, KitchenAid® employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Entries will be accepted until 11.59pm Monday 22nd May 2017.
  3. Entry is by the following methods:
    • at lakeland.co.uk/questionnaire
    • by telephone
    • or send your name and telephone number to 'Lakeland Annual Questionnaire Free Prize Draw, Lakeland, Alexandra Buildings, Windermere, Cumbria LA23 1BQ'
  4. Please note: winners will be notified using the contact details supplied on entry.
  5. Third party, electronic and bulk entries will not be accepted.
  6. Lakeland takes no responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed or corrupt. Illegible, incomplete or late entries will be disqualified.

    7. The prizes are as follows:

    FIRST PRIZE: Win one of three KitchenAid® Minis

    SECOND PRIZE: Five runners-up will win £50 worth of Lakeland Gift Vouchers
  7. In the event a product is unavailable, Lakeland reserve the right to offer an alternative product of equal or greater value.
  8. There are no alternative prizes or cash alternatives.
  9. Prizes cannot be sold for monetary gain. If a prize is sold to a third party, that prize will be deemed as void.
  10. Winners will be selected at random by Lakeland no later than one week after the closing date and will be notified by Tuesday 30th May.
  11. To claim their prize, winners must accept by telephone, letter or email within 14 days of being notified or prizes will be re-drawn.
  12. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. The winners' names and counties will be available on request by sending your details to the promoter's address (above) and marking it: 'Lakeland Annual Questionnaire Free Prize Draw'.
  14. Winners may be required to take part in publicity.
  15. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by KitchenAid®.
