A: We need your address to send you your card, special offers, invites to special events, and details of our partnerships and Charity Pot. We would also like to send you emails updating you about the club if you are happy for us to do so. Offering your Date of Birth allows us to send a birthday treat too.
A: We take the protection of customer`s details extremely seriously and do not pass on your details to any 3rd parties or partners. Our privacy promise can be found at www.lakeland.co.uk/info/PrivacyPolicy.
A: We will send you a Welcome Pack with your permanent card 2-3 weeks from signing up. Before it arrives the temporary card means that every time you shop and scan your card we will make a contribution to our Charity Pot. Your card will also be visible digitally in the app.
A: We completed extensive research with our customers and colleagues to find out which charities were important to them when we launched the club and still regularly survey the membership base to check the relevancy of what we do. As a result we support 3 national charities and some local to our Lake District base. Details of monies raised and who is being supported can be found at www.lakeland.co.uk/charity.

A: Unfortunately not but we will send regular packs to you with vouchers in them. If you download our app, they are easy to keep digitally - or you could keep your email vouchers handy.
A: It is tricky for us to do so and would appreciate if you could bring vouchers (printed or digitally) into the store with you.
A: Yes this is possible, as long as you have given us permission to talk to you via email when you selected your marketing preferences.
A: Membership of myLakeland is on an individual basis only.
