Deliciously Ella

Healthy living has totally transformed Ella Woodward’s life, and she hopes to help transform yours too. She began sharing her food philosophy via her blog, Deliciously Ella, after chronic illness prompted her to develop a new way of eating to make herself feel better, and she now has thousands of followers. Her approach is nothing complicated – just simple recipes and fantastic food for a healthy way of life. In 2012 Ella adopted a healthy diet and said goodbye to gluten, dairy, refined sugar, processed food and meat. It took a while, but she got better and realised she felt happier and healthier than ever.

Firmly believing that a nourishing diet needs to fit into your existing lifestyle, her new book is packed with recipes to help you eat well every day, even when you’re really busy. Using simple, natural ingredients, each recipe is as quick and straightforward as possible to keep you feeling inspired and energised.
