In line with government guidelines, all of our stores are now closed. However, we're still here for you with our online shop and our helpful, customer services team. As we're sure you can appreciate, these are uncertain times and the situation is constantly changing, but we will do our best to keep you up to date.

Our priority has always been, and continues to be creating a store environment where our colleagues and customers can work and shop safely.

We've therefore been busy introducing many safety measures across our store network. These include hand sanitiser stations for colleagues and customers, 2 metre markers on the floor to guide you through the store safely, encouraging contactless payments wherever possible and providing all of our colleagues with face coverings to help protect everyone in store.

We're also currently asking customers to shop alone where possible, and whilst our colleagues are always available to help, support and advice must be given at a distance of 2 metres.

The measures we have put in place across our stores and also at our offices and Distribution Centre allow colleagues to maintain the government-advised 2 metre social distancing. With the support of our customers, we'll be able to follow these new measures and ensure the safety of everyone working and shopping in store.

Face coverings
Please be aware that it's now compulsory, by law, for colleagues and customers to wear a face covering in our stores. Exemptions apply and full details can be found on your local government website. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Although our stores are currently closed, our buying team are working hard to get in the product that our customers need. We want to ensure that we make these products accessible to as many customers as possible, so restrictions on essential items may be required for the short interim.

Unfortunately Click and Collect is currently unavailable whilst our stores are closed. We still offer the below delivery solutions from our online shop to help you get what you need:
Standard delivery: orders of £45 and over FREE
Standard delivery: orders up to £45 - £3.50
Overnight delivery: standard delivery plus £5.00
Deliver to Hermes Parcelshop: £3.50

Our Windermere-based Customer Contact Centre has now reopened. You can reach us Monday to Sunday, between 9am and 5pm. We've worked really hard over recent weeks and months to greatly increase the number of calls we can answer. However, due to exceptionally high demand at the moment, it is taking us a little longer than usual to reply to every query. Please rest assured that we will answer all your calls and emails as quickly as we can.
