We're delighted to announce that all of our Lakeland stores have now safely reopened. The safety of our customers and colleagues has always been our number one priority, so we've taken lots of steps to ensure our Lakeland stores are as safe as possible for everyone. We look forward to seeing you in store soon.
Our priority has always been, and continues to be creating a store environment where our colleagues and customers can work and shop safely.
We've therefore been busy introducing many safety measures across our store network. These include hand sanitiser stations for colleagues and customers, 2 metre markers on the floor to guide you through the store safely, encouraging contactless payments wherever possible and providing all of our colleagues with face shields to help protect everyone in store.
We're also currently asking customers to shop alone where possible, and whilst our colleagues are always available to help, support and advice must be given at a distance of 2 metres.
The measures we have put in place across our stores and also at our offices and Distribution Centres allow colleagues to maintain the Government-advised 2 metre social distancing. With the support of our customers, we'll be able to follow these new measures and ensure the safety of everyone working and shopping in store.
Face coverings in Scotland & England Please be aware that from Saturday 10th July in Scotland and Friday 24th July in England, by law, face coverings became compulsory for colleagues and customers across all stores in Scotland and England. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Due to high demand, we are limiting certain essentials where necessary to ensure that we make these products accessible to as many customers as possible. These are clearly signed in store.
Click and collect is available from all of our stores. When you place your order, you will be offered the Click & Collect service at the checkout if eligible.
If you have selected click and collect, we will give you an estimated collection date and keep you informed of progress by email before letting you know when your order is available in store.
We will hold your order in store for 4 days. If you're unable to collect your order within this time frame, please contact your store directly. When collecting your order, please remember to bring your order number, payment card used, and a form of ID.
Unfortunately click and collect orders require the card used for the purchase and a form of ID for the purchasing customer to collect. If this is an issue, we can of course extend the length of time we hold your order for, please just contact your store directly for support.
Our stores are now accepting returns. Thank you for your patience and please rest assured that we'll be extending our guarantee to cover the period our stores have been closed. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Our Windermere-based Customer Contact Centre has now reopened. You can reach us Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 5pm. We may take a little longer than usual to get to you, so please do bear with us.
