Our stores are now open and we can’t wait to welcome you back. The safety of our customers and colleagues remains our number one priority, and we've taken lots of steps to ensure our Lakeland stores are as safe as possible for everyone. You’ll find full details as well as up-to-date opening times on this page; please check your local store information before visiting.

Our priority has always been, and continues to be creating a store environment where our colleagues and customers can work and shop safely.

To help create a safer environment for everyone, our colleagues in our English stores are continuing to wear face coverings in store, and will still be giving each other, and our lovely customers, a bit of extra space. We’d encourage our customers to do the same wherever possible so everyone can enjoy their visit. All our stores in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will continue to follow the local government advice until restrictions are changed. Please check back for further information when announcements are made.

We will also continue to observe other safety measures across all our stores as restrictions are lifted. We'll be retaining our hand sanitiser stations, encouraging contactless payments wherever possible, making space and keeping a sensible distance.

Although most of our stores are currently closed, our buying team are working hard to get in the product that our customers need. We want to ensure that we make these products accessible to as many customers as possible, so restrictions on essential items may be required for the short interim.

Yes, our Click & Collect service is avialable across a large range of products. For eligible products, you can select the Click & Collect service at the checkout. If you have selected Click & Collect, we will give you an estimated collection date and keep you up to date with your order's progress via email, including when your order is ready for collection from your selected store.
We will hold your order in your chosen store for 4 days. If you’re unable to collect your order within this time frame, please contact your store directly to let them know. When collecting your order, please remember to bring your order number, payment card, and a form of ID.

If you're not happy with something you bought from us, or if it's faulty, you can return it to any of our open stores for a refund or replacement – just bring your receipt with you. If your guarantee expired during lockdown, don't worry – we'll still honour it. Please check your local store for up-to-date opening times before visiting.

Our Windermere-based Customer Contact Centre has now reopened. You can reach us Monday to Sunday, between 9am and 5pm. We've worked really hard over recent weeks and months to greatly increase the number of calls we can answer. However, due to exceptionally high demand at the moment, it is taking us a little longer than usual to reply to every query. Please rest assured that we will answer all your calls and emails as quickly as we can.
