BUT, as an ergonomist the user instructions (for what looks like a simple device) could be better. While I was showing my husband how to use it, he dropped the red spacer in, poured boiling water over it, which floated up as he was pouring. He then put the container inside, the boiling water went over his fingers and burnt his hand. When they say 'PUSH' the spacer down , they really mean push, not just drop it into place. Also too easy to cross-thread the lid before shaking it, ending up with a mess.
