We have tried it twice with different quantities of tea in the infuser; both proving to be useless, producing slightly coloured water. This product is not fit for purpose. Lakeland Teapot Stainless Steel Tea Infuser 1 "Novelty product" 11 January 2021 Looks great, poor product! Used with good quality tea leaves which escaped the large holes so had a gritty mess at the bottom of my cup. I feel this would be much better suited to use the large grade leaves that aren’t as readily available, although it would need to infuse for 5 mins at which point the tea would be cold especially if you add milk! Like the other review not the easiest to clean either. Will now use as a Christmas decoration. Lakeland Teapot Stainless Steel Tea Infuser 1 "Very disappointing" Ms Davison 27 November 2020 This is a useless object. Despite filling it with tea leaves and leaving to infuse, the tea was almost as pale as the milk. It did not infuse and the tea proved incredibly difficult to get out of the container for washing.
