I avoid using oil wherever possible so this is the perfect pan for me, and it just pops in the dishwasher. I use it for stir fries but am going to try the Tarte Tatin, as per the previous review!
Circulon Excellence 26cm Skillet 4 "Total non stick skillet" Mrs Morgan 18 December 2019 I am more than pleased with this skillet,started with a cheese omelette with lots of cheese just slid out,then i tried an apple tarte tatin able to use in oven turned out without any caramel stuck to base.only fault i found was forgetting the handle gets hot in the oven.Would be nice if it came with a silicone handle cover
Circulon Excellence 26cm Skillet 5 "This is my "go to" pan." Mrs Savery 17 December 2019 Since receiving this product I have found it to be extremely well constructed and built to last. Coming in at 1050g it is not a light pan but well balanced and great for stir fried meals where I find the weight helps control the food better. With the Circulon pan floor design I have yet to find the need for oil as nothing sticks; eggs and omelettes stay put and slide out beautifully when done with no trace left in the pan. Same with sirloin steak. No hot or cold spots in the pan either. Wipe clean with a paper towel and you're done. We are really thrilled with it and strongly recommend it.
