Marcato Atlas 150 Pasta Maker Machine Chromed Steel 5 "Solid machine, value for money" 08 December 2020 This is a well made, solid piece of kit. It is easy to use once you read the instructions. The trickiest bit is cleaning the cutters as you have to pop them out to brush them clean. It is not dishwasher proof but it doesn't need washing just a good clean with a stiff bristled brush. A wipe with a tea towel cleans off the flour. I use a different recipe from the included leaflet but have had really excellent results. It is worth buying a pasta dryer at the same time.
