No-Bake Collapsible Pan

Found this in the sale - so good value! and not just for cold sweet things. I use together with the cutter wheel - also especially good for sticky tray-bakes such as brownies. Using the square push-pan for cooking, when very cool, transfer the whole bake to the cutting guide, using a Lakeland cake lifter (bought some year ago and still brilliant). Then with the wheel it's so easy and accurate, no matter what size is preferred.

This is fab, the marshmallow mixture comes away from the edges so easily & it will hold a full 2 eqq white marshmallow mix easily.

I purchased this product to make marshmallow, it is fab, the cutting lines are really helpful in getting the chunks the same size. It washes easily, very pleased with it.
