The star led itself is bright and glows warmly and doesn't hurt your eyes to look at it. The concrete effect base, gives a classy look to the lamp. It looks elegant on the side. "Christmas light bulb" star star star star_border star_border As it’s meant to be festive, it doesn’t appear very festive. It would be nicer if there was some tinsel or glitter to hide the base of the bulb as it’s sits very proud above the base. The base is very solid but not very festive, rather dull.
