About Chocolaterie Carré

Established in 1992 by Master Chocolatier Dirk Naert, Carré specialise in making chocolates with a liquid filling. In a process considered too labour intensive by many Chocolatiers, Dirk Naert blew the dust of an old, traditional recipe and spent a year perfecting the production process. Chocolaterie Carré has now built up a range of pralines with liquid content, using on the finest Belgian Chocolate – carefully selected and processed. Their pralines contain more liqueur than traditional pralines and a pearly sugar crust retains the flavour of the liqueur in the pralines.
