With this Ooni oven, you can cook delicious, authentic wood-fired pizzas in just 60 seconds! Its incredible performance, versatility and ease of use makes it an obvious go-to for home Pizzaiolo’s across the world.

Thanks to its innovative design, the Ooni Karu 12 is ready to use in just 15 minutes. It can reach a blazing 500°C, giving you the perfect crispy pizza crust and molten mozzarella. Plus, with its ceramic fibre-insulated stainless steel, the Karu delivers exceptional outdoor performance and maximum heat retention for all your favourite wood-fired foods.

This Ooni multi-fuel oven 12 gives you complete control over the temperature and airflow, so you can achieve the perfect results every time.

Weighing only 12kg, it’s easy to take apart and transport just about anywhere – simply fold up the legs and twist off the detachable chimney to stow it inside the body of the oven. There’s also a cover (available separately), that can double as a convenient carry bag.

If you're serious about making perfect pizzas and homemade loaves in your Ooni oven, you need this flat aluminium pizza peel. Not only does it make sliding dough in and out of the oven easy, but it also has a heat-resistant nylon handle to keep your hands safe from the heat.

About Ooni
