That’s how long the Ooni oven takes to reach a scorching 450°C, twice the temperature of most domestic ovens. Once it’s reached peak temperature, your pizza takes a mere 90 seconds to cook! And with the Ooni’s clear glass window and internal light, you can watch your food as it reaches golden perfection.

It’s easy to control the temperature and the set oven timer, you can even use the booster feature to reheat the cooking stone in just 45 seconds. All pretty impressive for a countertop oven.
