About Carré Chocolaterie
Established in 1992 by Master Chocolatier Dirk Naert, Carré specialise in making chocolates with a liquid filling. In a process considered too labour-intensive by many Chocolatiers, Dirk Naert blew the dust off an old, traditional recipe and spent a year perfecting the production process. Chocolaterie Carré has now built up a range of pralines with liquid content, using only the finest Belgian Chocolate.
