We're all used to mixing up our Christmas Cakes on Stir-up Sunday. But when it came to creating the Lakeland Christmas Pudding, we thought it might need a little longer than a month to really bring out those festive flavours – that's why this pudding has been maturing for the last 6 months. Containing plump, juicy vine fruits, zesty mixed peel and all the lovely spices you'd expect from this festive favourite, when the big day comes around, you'll be sure to enjoy the richest, tastiest Christmas pud with real depth of flavour. It's a recipe exclusive to Lakeland, and we're very proud to say it's delicious.

"6 month matured Christmas Pud"

Delicious. Lovely flavours with plump fruits, very moist with only mild hint of alcohol. I microwaved this pud.
