Quick to cook
The Ooni Karu 12G reaches cooking temperatures in as little as 15 minutes, has a top temperature of 500°C, and cooks 12” pizzas in just 60 seconds. Fill the Karu 12G's extra-large fuel tray with wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired experience, or attach a gas burner (sold separately) for easy propane-fuelled baking.
This oven is perfect for beginners and experienced pizza-makers alike, and is ultra-portable, so you can enjoy the freedom to cook amazing pizza year-round in your garden or on your next outdoor adventure.
There’s also a cover available to buy separately, that can double as a carry bag.
Not just for pizza
Although it's called a Pizza Oven, this is far from being a one-trick-wonder.
