Suitable for speedy cooking in your microwave, serve these extra-tasty mini puddings hot. They can be also be reheated in a steamer or boiled the old-fashioned way in a pan if you could use a longer wait between your main course and dessert.

Only had the lemon one so far and that was lovely. These are great for those days when you fancy something hot but don’t want anything too heavy. Very nice puds heated in the microwave; looking forward to trying the rest of them.
