Hot chocolate is always a good idea, but it’s infinitely more exciting when it’s made from a glossy orb of dark chocolate that has a hidden treat just waiting to be revealed…

Drop a Dark Chocolate Melt into a mug, pour in some hot ‘milk’ and watch in wonder as it melts to reveal mini marshmallows that magically bob to the top of your drink. Perfect for anyone who prefers dark chocolate to milk, it’s vegetarian and vegan-friendly so everyone gets to enjoy the rich, creamy loveliness and the magic moment when the marshmallows pop out.

To unleash the magic…

1. Pop your Hot Chocolate Melt into your favourite mug.

2. Warm 255ml of milk or a milk alternative in a pan over a medium heat until it's very hot (but not boiling).

3. Pour the ‘milk’ onto the chocolate ball and, as it melts, vegan-friendly pink and white mini marshmallows will burst out and bob to the surface.

4. Stir well until all the chocolate is melted.

5. Enjoy!
