Was very happy with mugs as they looked good and kept their heat but after a few hand washes as it said don't put into dish washer ,I was very disappointed as the bronze outer on the mugs began to peel off. Would have bought more but not now' Very happy that the mugs that were damaged were replaced, but the same thing has happened again so have disposed of them as they don't look very nice when the bronze peels off.
