Bought this for my mother in law,who suffers from backache.Pop it in the microwave and it’s heated in a short time,no cables. Can take it anywhere, even in your suitcase,,so you have it while travelling.lovely colour and a great gift.
I was very impressed with this product initially as it worked perfectly easing my neck and shoulder However eventually the lining became unstitched However well done Lakeland on your customer service. For that you get five stars. Unfortunately I did not take note of the ladies name but less than 24 hours after I rang a replacement arrived Thank you
I'm really disappointed with this product. The clay beads inside it aren't stitched into sections to spread them out, meaning they all pool into the ends, making it really heavy. It would make much more sense if they were evenly spread into different sections so the weight was distributed more evenly. I was advised to get one of these to ease tension in my neck and shoulders, but it's so heavy it's like having a weight round my neck and it hurts. It might be fine for a different area, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it for the neck and shoulders and think it's a poor design.
I wanted this to warm my shoulder but the beads all fell to the ends so no heat where I need it. I have cut it into two pieces and it is better to have one on each shoulder. Still heavy but at least it is usable. Also it doesn’t hold the heat for very long so constantly having to put back in the microwave.
